The Senhouse Museum Trust (CIO no. 1175131)
The Trust’s purpose is:
To advance the education of the public regarding the history of the Romano-British period in general and West Cumbria in particular by the establishment and maintenance of a public museum within the civil parish of Maryport;
To exhibit in such a museum the Netherhall Romano-British Collection and any other documents, artefacts or items of interest relating to the Romano-British and of history and archaeology in general and West Cumbria in particular;
To promote research into the Romano-British period in general and West Cumbria in particular and to disseminate and publish the useful results thereof.
