Simon Harlow of Cumbria Wildlife Trust will speak about the Trust’s project concerning wildlife in sacred places.

Birdwatching
David Thomason will comment on the mix of birds, flowers, butterflies, insects and other things seen during a year’s birdwatching.

Gardening for wildlife
Neil Hutchin will give tips on how to make your garden more friendly to wildlife, especially birds.

The Solway Coast
Brian Irving, manager of the Solway Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, will talk about his work.

Wild Ennerdale
Rachel Oakley of the Natural Trust will give an insight into the work of landowners who allow natural processes greater freedom to shape the landscape.

Natterjack Toads
Les Robertson will tell the history of the natterjack toads at Braystones and Sellafield where site management has been a key to their survival.
